This policy explains what personal data ScaleX Solutions LLC (“SCALEX”, “we”) collects when you visit https://scalexsolutions.io, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.
Who we are
ScaleX Solutions LLC is the controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Our company registration details are listed in the footer of every page on this site.
What we collect
We keep data collection to the minimum this site needs to function.
- Analytics. We use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate traffic — which pages are viewed, referrer, approximate country, device type and browser. It is cookieless and does not build a profile of you or track you across other websites. We cannot identify individual visitors from it.
- Correspondence. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request data, including IP address, for security and reliability.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, we do not run third-party ad networks, and we do not sell or share personal data with anyone for their own marketing purposes.
Why we can use it
We rely on our legitimate interest in operating and securing this site and in understanding how it is used, and — where you contact us — on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. Because our analytics are cookieless and aggregated, no consent banner is required.
How long we keep it
Aggregated analytics are retained for as long as they remain useful for understanding traffic trends. Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards. Server logs are retained on our provider’s standard short-term schedule.
Who processes it
This site is hosted on Vercel, which also provides our analytics and processes data on our behalf under its own terms. Email you send us is processed by our email provider. Data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States, under the safeguards those providers maintain.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Because our analytics do not identify individuals, we usually cannot link that data to you — which means some of these rights only apply in practice to correspondence you have sent us.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
